Julia had her first flight today, and was super excited about the 40 minute flight to Sogndal. We somehow doubted that the passengers seated next to her would get equally excited, but it worked out quite well for everyone

Our new house!

We finally bought a new house today, and thus put an end to a year-long search for a new place to live. We must have been to literally hundreds of prospects and have bid for a couple of other houses, and today finally completed the journey.
The house is a dream – it’s only two years old, built by a family who shares our desire for quality and detail, and is in a very nice neighbourhood. To top it off, it’s a smarthouse, meaning that everything from the heating to the lights and sound system is controlled through KNX (formely known as EIB) through a central computer in the basement. Way cool!
We’re moving in shortly after July first, and now need to accelerate our process to sell our current apartment.
Life is good, indeed!

The new web site is finally close to ready. There’s still some items outstanding on the photo album and deeper pages before everything goes live, but so far, so good. Fingers crossed…
